Make Tomorrow’s Meal Tonight!

A yummy recipe from my friend Cathi that’s super easy to make (have one of your kids give you a break and have them assemble it!) and great to throw in the oven the next day.

EGG CASSEROLE

9 eggs, well beaten (I used 12 – more to feed!)
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt

1 box croutons
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg. brown & serve sausage, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
OR 1 lb. bacon, fried and broken/crumbled

Beat together the eggs, milk and salt. Add remaining ingredients.

Pour into a 9×13 pan, lightly greased. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake in oven preheated to 350 degrees, 1 hour.
